1. Brand Overview
RALTS is a premium menswear brand offering limited-edition drops with a focus on minimalism, casual elegance, and exceptional quality. Each product is crafted to deliver timeless style and comfort.
2. Product Information & Guidelines
• All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes.
• Limited quantity products; no restocks.
• Read descriptions, fabric info, and size charts carefully.
• Follow size suggestions to avoid fitting issues.
3. Orders & Payments
- All orders must be placed through our official website: www.ralts.in.
- We accept payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and payment gateways like Razorpay or PhonePe.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.
This helps us ensure faster processing, better service quality, and secure transactions. - You will receive a confirmation via email once the payment is successful.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We provide free shipping across India.
- Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days from the date of confirmation.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier service, and external factors.
- Tracking details will be sent via email or SMS once the order is shipped.
5. Returns & Exchanges
- We want you to love what you wear, but in rare cases of issues:
- Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
- To initiate a return, you must:
- Submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery via email or website.
- Upload clear images of the product showing the issue.
- Provide a valid reason for the return.
- Once verified by our team, we will approve the return request.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags intact.
- Customers are NOT charged any return fees, but must strictly follow all return guidelines.
- Return shipping must be done within 7 days of approval.
- RALTS holds the right to decline returns if conditions are not met
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- As we now operate through our website, cancellation options are available via your user account or by contacting support.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds for cancelled orders (if prepaid) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
7. Affiliate & Referral Program
- Approved partners may earn a commission through valid referral links.
- Commissions are only processed if the purchase is genuine and not cancelled or returned.
- Misuse may lead to disqualification from the program.
8. Intellectual Property
All product designs, photography, branding assets, and content are the sole property of RALTS and may not be used without permission.
